Service Agreement (Summary)

Upon enrollment, you will review and electronically sign a written service agreement describing the services to be performed, the total cost, the duration, and your right to cancel. The full agreement is presented before payment is collected.

• You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing.
• No performance is required from us until your right of cancellation has expired.
• You will receive a copy of your signed agreement and required disclosures.

CROA Disclosure — Consumer Credit File Rights

You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. It is a violation of federal law for a credit repair organization to make untrue or misleading statements to you, or to charge you before it has completed the promised services.

You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a consumer reporting agency; the agency may charge a reasonable fee, and there is no charge if you have been denied credit within the past 60 days.

You have a right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three business days from the date you signed it. Credit bureaus are required to follow reasonable procedures to ensure the accuracy of the information in your report but may make mistakes.

The Credit Repair Organizations Act is enforced by the Federal Trade Commission at the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection, Washington, D.C. 20580.

Privacy Notice

Divine Strategy Company, LLC collects personal information necessary to provide credit consulting services, including name, contact information, address, and information from your consumer credit report. Information is stored securely and shared only with service providers necessary to deliver the engagement (for example, the Credit Repair Cloud client portal and Stripe payment processing).

Required Disclosures
